You can delete your account and its data at any time. This applies to all apps published by Aurora Spark Labs Oy: Your Training Schedule and Reittiapp.
In the app
Your Training Schedule: open Settings → Delete account. Your account, everything in it, your pictures and your sign-in are deleted at once.
Reittiapp has no account and stores nothing about you on our servers. Your pinned stops are on your phone and are removed when you delete the app.
By email
- Send an email to support@aurorasparklabs.fi from the email address of your account.
- Use the subject Delete my account and name the app.
- We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your account and profile
- everything you added in the app (for example training plans, logs, photos, pinned stops)
What may be kept
- records we must keep by law, such as accounting records of purchases, for the period the law requires
- backups, which are overwritten within their normal cycle and never used to restore a deleted account
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in the store.
