Using our apps
An app may have its own terms, shown in the app or its store listing; where they differ from these, the app’s terms apply. Apps downloaded from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms, and purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed by the store.
Use the apps lawfully and do not try to disrupt them, access other users’ data or reverse-engineer the services beyond what the law allows.
Your content
What you add to an app stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to provide the app to you.
Availability
We work to keep our services available and correct, but they are provided as they are. Information shown by an app (for example public transport departures from public data sources) can be late or wrong; please check critical information from the original source.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer may also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the courts of their own place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
